Rechtliche Gliederung
Naturfreundehaeuser.ch (nfh.ch) ist der Fachverband für die Naturfreundehäuser in der Schweiz, ein Verein nach Art. 60ff ZGB. Die angeschlossenen Mitgliedshäuser ihrerseits firmieren ebenfalls als eigenständige juristische Personen. Nachfolgend umfasst der Begriff nfh.ch ebenfalls die angeschlossenen Mitgliedshäuser. Für die Inhalte der einzelnen Häuserseiten sind ausschliesslich die Betreibenden der Häuser verantwortlich.
Kein bindendes Angebot
Grundsätzlich ist kein Element auf der Website oder in E-Mails von nfh.ch ein bindendes Angebot an eine Besucherin oder einen Besucher der Website resp. an die Leserin oder den Leser von Marketing-E-Mails. Wenn nfh.ch eine Einladung zur Offertstellung oder ausnahmsweise ein bindendes Angebot über die Website oder über Marketing-E-Mails machen will, so erklärt nfh.ch dies klar und unmissverständlich. Chaletamisdelanature.ch (nfh.ch / c-an.ch) est l'association professionnelle pour les chalets des Amis de la Nature, une association Suisse après art. 60ff Code Civile. Les maisons membres liées eux-mêmes agissent sous leurs propres noms comme personnes juridiques autonomes. La notion couvre par la suite également nfh.ch et les chalets membres attachées. Pour les contenus des pages des chalets la responsabilité est avec les responsables des chalets.
Offre sans engagement
En principe, aucune offre proposée sur le site internet ou dans les e-mails marketing de nfh.ch / c-an.ch n´engage cette dernière vis-à-vis de l´internaute ou du lecteur des e-mails marketing. Si elle invite le public à prendre en considération une offre ou, exceptionnellement, lui soumet une offre ferme par le biais de son site ou d´e-mails marketing, nfh.ch / c-an.ch le formule clairement et sans équivoque. En cas de doute, l´internaute présume que l´offre de nfh.ch / c-an.ch n´est pas ferme.

The attached member houses operate likewise under their own name as independent legal entities. The following terms cover nfh.ch as well as the attached member houses. For the contents of the individual houses the responsibilities lies exclusively with the operators of the specific house.
No binding offer
Principally no element on the website or in emails of nfh.ch is a binding offer to a visitor of the website or to the reader of marketing emails. In case that nfh.ch wants exceptionally to make a binding offer by means of this website or over marketing emails, then nfh.ch will explain this clearly and unmistakably.
